But hopefully no longer!  I am enjoying the nice weather and making an all out effort to get out and run every morning.  Sunday we even a semi-brick workout day as we walked about two miles at the Azalea Festival in downtown Wilmington and then rode our bikes twice around Greenfield Lake (for a total of 9 miles) to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The plan for tomorrow morning is: (following a 1/2 mile warm up)

5 Min on, 2:30 Min off, 6 Min on, 3 Min off, 7 Min on.. Done.

All out maximal efforts!
